Robin Zeigler is the Founder, Chief Executive Officer and Chief Investment Officer of MURAL Real Estate Partners, Inc., a privately owned, full-service real estate company that aims to spur economic development. Prior to founding MURAL, Robin was Chief Operating Officer for Cedar Realty Trust responsible for the creation and implementation of their urban mixed-use development platform and the operations of the 9.0 million SF grocery anchored shopping center portfolio. Before Cedar, Ms. Zeigler served as the Mid-Atlantic Region Chief Operating Officer for Federal Realty Investment Trust. In that capacity she was responsible for the operations of a portfolio of over 40 shopping centers and five mixed-use projects representing approximately 7.3 million square feet. Additionally, Ms. Zeigler provided oversight and strategic direction on mixed-use development and redevelopment projects in the region.

Ms. Zeigler holds a BS in Accounting from Florida A&M University and an MBA from Georgia State University. Ms. Zeigler currently serves on a number of boards: Jones Lang LaSalle Income Property Trust and NETSTREIT, a public retail net lease company and Miami Dade College Foundation. She is a Trustee of the International Council of Shopping Centers (ICSC), on the board of the ICSC Foundation as well as an ICSC Foundation Mentor. Ms. Zeigler is on the awards jury panel for the ULI NY Annual Awards for Excellence in Development as well as a member of the ULI NY Advisory Board. She is also a former board member of the Commercial Real Estate Development Association (NAIOP) Maryland/DC Chapter.
