RLJ was founded in 2000 by two African American men and maintains diversity at all levels of our Firm. Over half of our employees are female and ethnically diverse – representing the African-American, Asian-American, and Latino/Hispanic American communities. In our recruiting efforts, we ensure there is diversity in the candidate pool for each of our positions. In addition, the majority of our Board of Trustees members are African American.
