Nikhil Bhalla is the Chief Financial Officer of RLJ Lodging Trust. He leads all aspects of the company’s finance function, including financial planning and analysis (FP&A), treasury, investor relations and capital markets as well as partnering across key business units on corporate strategy.

Since joining RLJ in 2015, Nikhil has held several strategic leadership roles, including Senior Vice President, Finance and Treasurer, and Vice President of Finance.

Earlier in his career, Nikhil served as Vice President of Equity Research at FBR Capital Markets & Co. and held roles at Host Hotels & Resorts and CB Richard Ellis.

Nikhil earned a master’s degree in management from Cornell University’s School of Hotel Administration.
